24 hours or less. We will let you know within 24 hours as to whether or not we will be able to fund your loan (most of the time even sooner). Provided that the borrower has completed our quick application.

How long does it take to fund my loan?

5-7 days. Provided that all documentation and title work is in order we can fund your loan and help you close within days.

What if I pay my loan back early is their any pre-payment penalty?

No. We do not charge any pre-payment penalties.

What is the minimum amount you will loan?

$100,000. The lowest amount of money we will loan is $100k.
