Our SMS program is used for non-promotional communications concerning a loan inquiry, quote, application, appointment, customer-service request, or transaction update. Property Flip Loan does not send promotional loan solicitations or marketing messages by SMS.

SMS consent is optional. The consent checkbox on our website is unchecked by default, and consenting to text messages is not a condition of submitting a loan inquiry or obtaining services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
